Service Start Time
At PlayWithGreat, we are committed to delivering high-quality services with clear timelines and expectations. Our service delivery begins only after full payment is received and all required information has been provided (such as game login details, preferences, or scheduling confirmation).

Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe
Typical delivery timeframes by service type:
- Boosting Services: Fulfilled within 1–3 business days
- Coaching Sessions: Scheduled within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of player preferences
- Coaching Session Utilization: Once the coaching session is scheduled, it must be used within 7 days from the date of payment. If the session is not used within this period, it will be considered forfeited. Coaching is a one-off service, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for expired sessions.
Each coaching package includes a minimum of 1 hour of one-on-one coaching. Additional sessions beyond the initial 1 hour require separate payment.
Session timing is arranged based on the availability of our coaching talent, and we aim to accommodate your preferred schedule whenever possible.

- Actual delivery times may vary based on in-game factors, order volume, or special requests
- All services are delivered digitally; no physical products will be shipped
- Customers will be informed of any scheduling changes or expected delays

Delivery Method
Services are delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Email confirmation (service status, updates, and completion)
- In-game execution by our team (for boosting or farming services)
- Temporary account access (with your consent for boosting services)
- Scheduled voice or video calls (for coaching sessions)

You will receive timely updates regarding your order via:
- Email notifications
- Your user dashboard (if applicable)

Delivery Delays
PlayWithGreat is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect account information provided by the user
- Game server maintenance or outages
- Unforeseen circumstances such as internet disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
We will inform you promptly in case of any delays.

Service Completion
Upon successful delivery of your service, a confirmation notice will be sent via:
- Direct message on your account dashboard (if applicable)
You may also be asked to confirm completion or provide feedback depending on the service type.
