Full Refund (Before Start)

Orders can be fully refunded before any booster has started working on it.

Partial Refund

If the order is in progress, a partial refund may be issued depending on service progress.

No Refund (After Completion)

Completed services are non-refundable unless proven faulty.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel within 2 hours of placing an order if work hasn't started.

User Mistake

Wrong login, wrong game region, or account bans due to user's fault are non-refundable.

Service Delay

If we’re unable to deliver the service within a reasonable time, you are eligible for a refund.

Disputes

Please contact support before filing payment disputes — we resolve 99% of issues internally.

Digital Nature

As this is a digital non-tangible service, we cannot provide unconditional refunds.

Chargebacks

Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our platform.

Custom Orders

Refunds on custom requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
